About Kim Gregory, FNP-BC
Kim Gregory was born and raised in Smith County, TN. She is excited to operate Smith County Family Medical and serve her community. She strives to provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Kim believes that one of the greatest attribites a heathcare provider can possess is a strong ability to listen to patients. Her daily commitment is to listen to patients, speak the truth, and heal them-body, mind, and spirit.

Meet Anna Sircy, FNP-C
Anna Sircy is a Smith County native. She attended Smith County High School and is a 2005 graduate. Anna received her Bachelors degree from Tennessee Tech in 2009, and has received her Masters with an FNP concentration from Tennessee Tech in 2021. Anna married her high school sweetheart Jamie in 2008 and they have four children: Catie Belle (11), Silas (8), Abigail (6), and Carmen (1). She is an active member of her church, First Baptist Gordonsville and has a deep love of Jesus. She has been working in the medical field since age 15, with the majority of the time being served in Smith County. As a young child Anna saw her father Wayne Winfree CRNA serving his community in the medical field and always wanted to grow up to be like him. Anna is excited to embark on the next chapter of her career by serving her community in Gordonsville at Smith County Family Medical.

New patient paperwork can be found on the link below. Please be aware that if you schedule an appointment and do not show, a $40 balance will be added to your account. SCFM sees patients by appointment only.

All copays, deductibles, and balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash and card.

Most all major insurance plans are accepted. If you are uncertain about your in network providers, please call (615) 735-8008.

Lab Protocol
We use BioReference for lab testing. It is the patient's responsibility to ensure that your insurance is in network with these labs. If not, please let SCFM staff know prior to collection so other arrangements can be made.
